When parents need support
It helps to have the support and advice of someone who has personal experience raising a child with behavioral health challenges. Someone who knows what you’re going through. That’s why we offer the assistance of family support partners.
A family support partner can help you navigate all the ins and outs of our behavioral health system. He or she can attend Child and Family Team meetings with you and help assure that you are heard, understood, and supported.
For assistance: If you would like to enroll your child for behavioral health services with us, please call us at 602.304.0014 and we will assist you. If your child is already enrolled with Southwest Network, please contact the location where your child is receiving services.
