If you’re an adult struggling with mental health issues, Southwest Network can help. Our team of psychiatric doctors, nurses, and other direct care staff help thousands of adults find hope, independence, and recovery. For over two decades, we’ve worked hard to earn our reputation as one of the most trusted mental and behavioral health providers in Greater Phoenix.
Southwest Network provides services and treatment for adults with a serious mental illness as well as those needing support with general mental health/substance use. We offer assistance across the entire recovery journey, working with individuals who are experiencing acute symptoms through those simply seeking occasional counseling, medication management, or health maintenance.
Whatever support you need, it all happens here at Southwest Network.
For Adults with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI):
People of all walks of life can be affected by a serious mental illness. No matter your situation, we’ll work with you on your unique conditions, diagnoses, and symptoms and create an Individual Service Plan (ISP) to help you achieve your goals. We’ll listen to your needs, help you set purposeful milestones, and connect you with community supports to keep you inspired. More important, we’ll help you build your strengths, confidence, and resilience so you can tackle life’s challenges on your own.
At each of our four licensed adult outpatient clinics, you’ll have help from a team of dedicated and experienced professionals, including:
A case manager to help you manage your treatment and services
Doctors who will work with you on your mental health
Nurses and nurse practitioners who will help you with therapy and medication, as well as primary care needs
Rehabilitation specialists who can connect you with housing, employment, and other community supports
Peer mentors who know what it’s like to live with mental illness
Clinical coordinators and site leaders who lend their vast clinical expertise to collaborate with you and your team and address any special issues
You’ll also be supported by compassionate office assistants, benefits specialists, and others to ease the burden of scheduling, insurance claims, and transportation coordination. If you need language or interpretation assistance, just let us know. We provide translation support in many languages, including Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese.
