Katherine Kelley, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

With over 15 years of psychiatric and leadership experience, Dr. Kelley brings expertise from private practice and corporate roles. Born in San Francisco and raised in Arizona, she earned her biochemistry B.S. and doctorate of medicine from the University of Arizona, followed by a psychiatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Kelley’s career highlights include establishing a telepsychiatry program in San Francisco and leading telehealth transitions nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the former National Medical Director at LifeStance Health, she oversaw behavioral health services across 30 states. Dr. Kelley has long admired Southwest Network’s dedication to mental health and is excited to contribute to our mission.

Outside of work, Dr. Kelley enjoys hiking, yoga, and playing the piano. She’s eager to support our team and members, saying, “It is such a joy to be here. I admire the staff and their passion for creating healthier, happier lives”.
