Maria brings a wealth of healthcare experience and passion, holding a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University (ASU), a master's degree in business administration from W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU, and a SPHR certification. She has 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, including 14 years in outpatient multi-specialty settings and over two years in behavioral health.

Maria is excited to bring structure and collaboration to our organization, aiming to create streamlined processes, support leadership success, enhance employee retention, and focus on recruitment. Her strengths include her extensive healthcare background, human resources leadership experience, and adaptability in changing environments.
