Dr. Nahid Nadiri

Dr. Nahid Nadiri is a board-certified psychiatrist who commenced her tenure with Southwest Network following the conclusion of her psychiatry training in 2018. Demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities and clinical acumen, she swiftly ascended to the position of chief psychiatrist within the organization. In August 2022, Dr. Nadiri's remarkable contributions and unwavering dedication led to her appointment as the medical director of Southwest Network. 

Her contributions and dedication have earned her recognition through various awards, including the American Psychiatric Association Resident Recognition Award and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) award. Dr. Nadiri has exemplified a steadfast commitment to delivering superior quality care. Her passion for serving underserved communities, particularly individuals with serious mental illness, has been a cornerstone of her professional ethos.

Dr. Nadiri is a member of the American Association for Physician Leadership and is actively working towards becoming a Certified Physician Executive to enhance her leadership skills in the medical field. She serves as a committee member in the Mercy Care Community-based Integrated Health and Clinical Services Committee, offering her expertise in quality assurance, utilization management, credentialing, and peer review processes for the state.
