Amy B. Henning
President & Chief Executive Officer
As President & CEO of Southwest Network, Amy B. Henning spearheads the strategic direction and growth of our seven behavioral health outpatient sites and Administrative Office. Since joining us in 2004, Amy has been integral in collaborating with industry stakeholders, providers, and health plans to improve systems of care that enhance mental health service delivery. Her efforts have been influential in creating positive changes in access to care, covered services, quality assurance, and member experience – for both Southwest Network and Arizona at large.
Amy brings more than 25 years’ expertise in behavioral health. She has held positions in program development, intergovernmental relations, contracts, residential treatment, and case management.
Amy currently serves on the Grand Canyon University Psychology and Counseling Advisory Board. She was previously on the Arizona Council of Human Service Providers Board of Directors, holding the position of chairman of the board from 2016 to 2018. She earned BAs in psychology and criminology & law studies from Marquette University and an MBA in health care management from the University of Phoenix.
