Southwest Network Welcomes New Clinical Director at San Tan

We are ecstatic to introduce Alex Gonzalez as the new Clinical Director at our San Tan location. Alex brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, having earned his LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and NCC (National Certified Counselor) credentials in mental health counseling. His journey in the mental health and behavioral health field began years ago when he started working at Oasis Behavioral Health and later moved to Arizona, where he continued his career in outpatient services. His prior experience in Utah, spanning over five years, laid the foundation for him. Alex's motivation to join Southwest Network was fueled by his quest for a company with a strong vision aligned with his values. Beyond his professional life, Alex enjoys spending quality time traveling with his family, indulging in his passion for LEGO and all things Star Wars, and hitting the golf course. He brings innovative ideas to the table, focusing on enhancing Southwest's services by optimizing processes and maximizing efficiency. Alex's greatest strengths lie in his over 20 years of experience in the industry, having climbed the ranks from a case manager to a Clinical Director, a testament to his dedication and commitment. As he steps into his role, Alex looks forward to continuing his growth and learning within the organization. We are excited to have him!
