Provides assistance with eye surgery for individuals who make less than $18,000/year and have been declined for services by Medicaid (AHCCCS). Must be a US citizen and have less than $50,000 in assets.
Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation

Provides assistance with eyeglasses, eye surgery, and hearing aids. Glasses and hearing aids are provided for a sliding scale fee based on qualifications; the recipient is responsible for eyeglass prescription or hearing test. Currently, there is a 4-5 month waitlist for hearing assistance.
